Integrity, confidence, inspiring others, delegation, empowerment, creativity, innovation, and more. It took me 30 years to find out that being a leader is my purpose, but every position I've held and every step along the way has played its part in getting me there. Steadily employed in a variety of industries since the age of 15, I've discovered that no matter what job you have or what your title is, your purpose transcends it all. Your purpose can and should be applied to every other aspect of your life. Your career, your family, your hobbies, and passions...All affected by who you are as an individual, and who you are is a direct reflection of your purpose.
